 Custom Animal Raising

We want you to have the total ranch experience by owning your own animals and watching them grow. This can give you a competitive food cost and great knowledge. Click on the link to learn about including yourself and your family.

  Grass Raised and Finished Meats

We work with families and individuals to raise their meat needs. Our meats are raised on pasture for their food and no grain feed lot is used. Click on the link to learn more.

Pecans $1 a pound cracked $.50 a pound as harvested

Our pecans are raised naturally in our pastures from wild trees. These yield a native nut renown for its high oil content and great taste that does not bake out. 4 to 5 pounds of cracked nuts yield a pound of shelled pecans typically. This will vary by year. No chemicals or pesticides are used and the trees are naturally fertilized by our grazing methods. Price can vary some seasons.

 Pecan Pralines $1.25 each. $12 a dozen, $10 for a Pie size

The above prices included our pecans raised with not chemicals or pesticides. We use all organic ingredients by request. The Pralines are large - about the size of a cupcake. We can make these in the stick on your teeth chewy variety or that great sugary variety at your choosing. I think the government would like you to know these are hazardous to your wardrobe if eaten with abandon.

  Pecan Pies - 9 inch $6.50 each.

Just like our Pralines, these are guaranteed to be bad for you, but as good as sin if you eat a whole one by yourself. The pecans are our high oil natives right off the ranch. MMMM, good. Custom baked just for you. Ask if we have our all organic recipe yet.
