Grass Raised and Finished Meats & EGGS
To our knowledge, Grass Raised and Finished Meats are critical to good nutrition. First, Meat is a complete protein which we need. Second, meat raised and finished on pasture is nutritional different from meat finished in a feed lot. You may have heard of its superior characteristics of CLA and Omega 3's. Additionally there is more Vitamin A and Beta-carotene, folic acid, and vitamin B12, TVA, lutein, zeaxanthin, and other nutrients.

Meats are produced with a close margin to keep them reasonably priced for you. You are welcome to ask about particular cuts at any time. The "best" way to order is to let us know ahead. We can combine your order with others for the freshest quality and lowest price.
Pricing on Beef, Lamb, Mutton, Goat
.. (all but chicken)
All these animals are custom raised for you.
Beef
Typical Cost: $3 to $4 per pound typically for whole or shared animals. Paid ahead. Currently we utilize either heavy weined animals or Alfalfa finished animals born and raised on the ranch. You will own the animal at the time of processing.
Chicken:
Chickens are raised in custom groups for you at a typical cost of $5 each plus processing
Other Meats:
This can vary based on market conditions. We do not mind questions. Email or call us, we will find your animal or raise them for you. It is best to have us raise these animals for you.
EGGS
$3 dozen custom raised in groups for you. Please bring your own cartons. They sure are good. You will see a difference in color and in taste.
